Originally from West Virginia but raised in southern Virginia, Karsen fell in love with the city of Charlotte through trips to Panthers games with her family. She made the city home in 2022 and is passionate about helping others do the same.


Karsen is dedicated to serving her community and being a trusted advocate for her clients every step of the way. For her, the relationship doesn’t end at the closing table—she’s committed to being a resource and trusted partner long after the keys are handed over.

When not working, you may find her cheering on the Panthers, at a NASCAR race, or spending time with her friends, family, and puppies!
