Originally from NYC, Craig lived in South Florida for seven years before moving to Charlotte and becoming the torchbearer for ‘half-backs’ all over the Queen City. While in New York and Florida, Craig worked for a real estate investment banking firm that brokered large institutional investments such as class A office properties, regional malls, development land portfolios, and even a marina in the Florida Keys.

After moving to Charlotte, Craig served as a marketing executive for a mid-sized motion control and fluid power distributor before reengaging his love for real estate, this time on the residential side of the business.

Craig’s calling cards are his passion, creativity, problem-solving, and his ability to develop effective strategies to achieve his client’s goals. Craig loves his work and embraces the philosophy that if you go out each day and simply focus on helping people, the business takes care of itself.

Craig and his wife Becky make their home in Waxhaw, NC and have three children, a daughter and identical twin boys. Craig’s passions outside of helping people build wealth through real estate, include time with his family, playing soccer, fantasy novels, and fantasy baseball. Craig is also known for making up all his own dance moves.
