Marc White
Marc White is a Charlotte native, real estate entrepreneur, and industry leader with more than two decades of experience in residential sales, property management, and real estate investing. He is the co-founder of the Jay White Group, powered by PLACE at Keller Williams, and helps lead multiple interconnected businesses including White Property Management and Right Angle Home Services. Together these companies serve hundreds of property owners and residents across the Carolinas while supporting investors in building and managing long-term real estate portfolios.
Marc has been deeply involved in leadership throughout the real estate industry. He previously served as President of the HC MLS, HC REALTOR® Association board member, and has held numerous leadership roles at the local and state level, including chairing the MLS and serving on committees for the North Carolina REALTORS® organization and the North Carolina Real Estate Commission. Earlier in his career he spent more than 15 years as a real estate educator, helping agents develop the skills and systems needed to grow successful businesses.
Today Marc focuses much of his time on building scalable real estate operations, expanding property management services, and helping agents and investors create sustainable wealth through real estate ownership. He regularly speaks and trains on topics including real estate investing, team building, and business growth.
Marc is a graduate of Appalachian State University and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He lives in Charlotte with his wife Melissa, a teacher, and their two children, Annabelle and Noah, where you’ll often find him cheering at competitive cheer events or on the baseball field.
