Born and raised in Fort Mill, South Carolina, with Charlotte practically in her backyard, Caroline has always had a natural connection to both sides of the state line. With family throughout North Carolina and years of traveling the Carolinas, she knows and appreciates the communities that make this area such a special place to call home.

After graduating from the University of South Carolina, Caroline planted roots in SC, where she has lived for the past seven years and built her real estate career. Today, she is proud to serve clients throughout the Charlotte area and along the I-77 corridor, connecting the communities from Columbia north through Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Charlotte, and beyond.

Caroline got her start in new construction, where she learned the ins and outs of the building process and what it truly takes to turn a house into a home. She now uses that experience to guide both buyers and sellers with confidence, clarity, and a steady hand—because she knows how big these decisions really are.
